Why a subscription?

Subscription orders are the best way to provide ongoing support for your group. A subscription also ensures that you never run out of our our high quality coffee because you can choose the frequency of your coffee delivery.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

It’s easy to get started.  Simply go the Order Coffee page.  Choose your box and select your organization from the drop down menu. Finish checking out by entering your address and payment information on our secure checkout page. We will auto bill at the time of each regularly scheduled delivery. You will receive an online receipt for your purchase.

How does my subscription membership support my cause?

We return 15% of every delivery to your cause.  We track all the orders and send totaled checks to the organizations quarterly.  In addition to your one time campaign purchases, your regular subscription orders provide ongoing support for the organizations you believe in.

How do I choose which cause my subscription is supporting?

Select your cause from the drop-down menu when ordering coffee.

Can I change how often I get my coffee?

Yes – change your delivery frequency at any time in your account.

Can I adjust my order?

You can change the box you order, or the coffee selections* at any time.  We will adjust the products for your next regular delivery. (*Regional coffees are only available in our World Impact Box. ReThink Coffee Premium Blend 2 and 3 bag boxes have an option for decaf.)

I’d like to give a subscription as a gift.  How do I set that up?

Simply order a subscription, and choose your friend’s address as the delivery address.

My family and friends across the country want to order a subscription.  What do they need to do?

They just follow the regular subscription sign up process and choose your cause from the drop-down choices at checkout.

How long until our order arrives?

Once your payment has been processed we will roast and ship your first order in 7-10  business days.  Coffee is shipped within 48 hours of the roast.

 What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.
