Coffee as a campaign fundraising tool?

Yes! Coffee is very easy to sell because most people already purchase coffee from somewhere. People drink coffee at home, at the office, in their cars…One hundred million Americans drink coffee everyday. Think about how many coffee pots are within one square mile of you. Unlike other one time sale products, coffee is in high demand on a regular basis.

Our goal is to make your fundraisers simple, sustainable and profitable.

Our high quality coffee sells itself over and over.  Campaigns and subscription programs work hand in hand to build you a lasting support base.  Campaigns introduce our coffee to the customer and gives them an opportunity to sign up for regular subscription deliveries.

We support your campaign by providing customized order forms, flyers, postcards and email blasts.  When your campaign is finished, we will deliver your boxes in an orderly shipment – each box labeled with the name of the seller and the customer to keep distribution simple. We will include your check for 20% of all purchases.

When customers sign up for regular subscription orders through our website, we take care of all the orders, fulfillment and  delivery, sending you a quarterly check that reflects 15% of your sales.  Subscription sales mean long term support with no effort from your organization!

How do I start?

Simply fill out our online form.  We will contact you with your account numbers and gather the art and information we need to customize your marketing materials.

How long should I run my campaign fundraiser?

For a campaign fundraiser, a good rule of thumb is two weeks – long enough to inform a large group and a reasonable deadline for people to place their order.

Is there any risk?

Since all orders are pre-sale, there is no monetary risk to your organization.  We will send your product when we receive payment.  We do not require any money up front.

How do we place our final order?

  • Collect all the order forms and checks.  Calculate the total orders and amount on the master form.
  • Mail* us all the forms (we provide an addressed envelope) and one check for the dollar total.
  • Once your check clears, we will roast and ship your coffee along with copies of your order forms, and a check for 20% of the total.

What percentage will we earn on sales?

Each box sold on a campaign returns 20% to your organization, but the benefits of a ReThink Coffee fundraiser are far greater than a one-time sale.  Campaign sales introduce the product and encourage coffee drinkers to let us supply their coffee every month. Subscription orders return 15% of each order for as long as subscribers continue their orders.

How soon do you ship? 

Once your check has cleared, we will roast and ship your coffee in 10-14 days.  Coffee is packaged and shipped within 48 hours of the roast.

How are our orders sorted?

Each box will be labeled with the customer name and the seller name.  Within the constraints of our shipping, we will do our best to group each seller’s boxes together.

Shipping costs?

For campaign orders, we deliver in one drop shipment with free shipping.

Can I return an item?

Of course! We hope you love your coffee so much that you sign up for a regular delivery, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we will exchange your item or provide a refund.  If you need help, just email us -helpfulpeople@rethinkcoffee.com
