Let’s get started!
Step 1: One short form
Tell us about yourself on our online sign up form. We will get back to you within 24 hours to set up your account and gather information to customize your campaign marketing materials.
Step 2: Spread the word!
We will email you pdf files of your customized order forms, flyers, and postcards so you can print as many as you need. We’ll also send you two email blast campaigns – one to kick-off your campaign and one to remind people when your campaign is about to end.
- Pass out flyers
- Mail postcards to encourage subscription sign ups
- Send out email campaign letters (we will send you one customized kick-off email, and one follow up reminder)
- Include your campaign information as part of any regular communications
- As you sell, encourage people to sign up for a subscription. Subscriptions = sustainable support, and we do all the work! We will include a color postcard in each box making it easy for your customers to spread the world about subscriptions.
Step 3: Wrapping up the campaign
- Collect all the order forms and checks.
- Mail* us all order forms (we provide an addressed envelope) and one check for the dollar total.
- Once your check clears, we will roast and ship your coffee, including copies of your order forms.
- When you approve the delivery of your coffee, we will deliver your check for 20% of all your sales.
Step 4: Distribution
- We will deliver your coffee in one drop shipment. Boxes will be labeled with both the customer name and the student name to help with organized distribution.
