African

Our “Africa/Arabia Style” coffee has a medium to heavy body with high acidity. With such a large, diverse coffee producing region, Africa provides the world with coffees that are nothing short of extra-ordinary. This regions amazing diversity can be seen from the world-renowned acidity of the Kenyan coffees to the brilliant fruit flavors of the Ethiopian Sidamo.

South American

Our “South American Style” coffee has a medium body with medium acidity. South America is known for having some of the most balanced coffees on the planet. We have found this region to be high-quality, consistent, and very dependable. Coffees from this area are in such demand that the two top coffee producing countries are Brazil and Colombia respectively.

Oceania

Our “Indonesia/Oceania Style” coffee consist of a heavier body with light acidity. Coffees from Indonesia are among those with the longest coffee producing traditions. The Island of Java is synonymous with coffee in the English speaking world and this indicates the importance of this region. These coffees are known for their heavy body and smoothness.

Espresso

Create a delicious espresso with our high-quality 100% arabica beans that are perfectly roasted. This blend can also serve as the base for other drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and mochas. For maximum flavor, we recommend ordering your “Espresso Italia” in whole bean and grinding before brewing.

Decaf

Our “Swiss Water Process Organic Blend Decaf” is a multi-origin blend of high quality blend of Central, South American and Indonesian coffees. Swiss Water is a 100% chemical free process of removing the caffeine from green beans while maintaining coffee flavor and complexity. Roasted  medium dark, this coffee is soft and mellow. Hints of cocoa and spice make for a great coffee alternative to those sensitive to caffeine.
